"IS IT 100% ORIGINAL?"
100% original items since Nadia purchase the item by herself. All boutique items will have receipt. The items also will be packed in the given box and come with paperbag and dust bag (unless stated it is not available). You can get a Live Update via video call once we arrive the boutique =)
"HOW LONG IS THE ETA?"
Depending on Nadia's Trip of The Month, usually it takes 3-4 working days to start the courier @ postage. Door To Door Services is available (for limited number of customers) within Klang Valley area with a minimum charge (chare is as low as RM30 @ with minimum purchase of RM4000)
"WHAT IF THE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE?"
If we can't find what your requested @ paid items, we will contact you through Whatsapp @ Email. We would suggest you with the other available items. But still, NO WORRIES! We will only proceed with the purchase after we receive your confirmation.
"DOES YOU PROVIDE REFUND?"
In the case of item Sold Out @ Not Available, we first will give you suggestion with other items with the same value or higher. You also can request for other item that you interested with. Don't worry, we will provide 100% of money refund if you do not want to proceed with the purchase. We will ensure that the items is in 100% good condition before we proceed with the purchase and delivery. Please take note that refund is only valid before we made the purchase. We will not give refund for the confirmed items
"WHAT INCLUDED FROM OUTLET PURCHASED?"
For outlet items, we only give you paperbag and dust bag, but for some brands, paper bag is not available (ex; Longchamp, Coach, MK). For the authentic card,
they vary based on certain brand and models. Usually only Prada from Outlet provide authentic card (but not for all models).
"DELIVERY BY POSTAGE ONLY?"
It may take 3-4 working days to process your order for Ready Stock & Pre-Loved items. The minimum postage charge is as low as RM10 for Semenanjung and RM15 for Sabah / Sarawak. (In some times, Nadia offer you FREE SHIPPING) Usually we use Poslaju Malaysia, CityLink, Skynet for the courier at other costs. For International courier, we do shipping for certain countries only. "HOW TO GET UPDATED IF THE ITEM IS SUCCESSFULLY PURCHASED?"
(Boutique item) Usually we will give update through Whatsapp @ Email. Please make sure you provide us your CORRECT email address & Whatsapp Number. Also don't forget to keep in touch with Nadia from time to time
"DOES NADIA PROVIDE COD?"
Yes. We do for certain items and for certain area but you can request, we will consider it if possible . Please note that it may takes up to 3-4 working days. Usually we only provide COD if you already made 60% deposit only. Delivery charge for COD as low as RM30 @ minimum purcahse of RM3000.
"DOES EVERYTHING INCLUDED?"
Yes. What we received during purchased, is what you get (unless we update you; example; we didn't receive the box). Depends on Outlet @ Boutique item you purchase.
"WHAT INCLUDED FROM BOUTIQUE PURCHASED?"
For boutique items, we do provide you: Receipt (or copy of it), box, paperbag and dust bag. However, it depends on certain brands. Usually we will give you what we get after purchased is done.
"DOES MY PAYMENT IS A GUARANTEE FOR ME TO GET WHAT I ORDERED?"
Yes. But in some cases, it might happen the items are sold out. We will give you update about it. We will try our best to help you. We will contact you if any changes occured.
"DOES MY REQUEST WILL CONFIRM THE PURCHASE?"
No. Usually it will takes some days for us to identify if your request is possible for us to get. Don't worry we will update you via Email & Whatsapp.
"HOW TO SECURE MY REQUEST AND SLOT?"
In order for you to lock your slot, we advice you to provide minimum deposit @ full payment. We will give 100% refund if we can't make it.
